Worst customer service, you place the order, pay the tip, and at the time of delivery, the delivery person either leaves your order thrown on the floor and doesn't even ring the bell to let you know the order is delivered. There are some other drivers who seem to be lazy, and as soon as they arrive at your house, they call you and stay inside the car sitting, waiting for the customer to go out on the street and go to the car to pick it up while they sit Lol I’ve never seen something like this before . From now on, for all my orders, I will not pay a penny in tips... These delivery people offer a rubbish job. I've already given up complaining to the managers every time I complained, they say this won't happen anymore, but the problem is never resolved, as I said, from today on, tips never again. TRASH , LOW CLASS SERVICE.
Ordered a late night pizza to our hotel it was amazing and fresh!
I made an online order for pick up and everything was great! My order was ready right on time and the staff was friendly when I arrived. I got the Philly cheesesteak specialty pizza and it was cooked just right and had plenty of toppings unlike a lot of Dominos locations that put very little on it and either under or overcook the pizza. Will definitely order from here again!
I ordered take away, but the manager brought me a seat, and it was just as the Celtics game was getting out , great atmosphere, although they got smoked at home by the clippers. It's on Staniford Street NEAR the Red Hat
Lovely staff this Sunday afternoon. The pizza was beautiful and I appreciate the care and detail the employees put into making my families pizza and sandwich. The staff were professional and I believe mainly new, to me at least, but obviously experienced and helpful. Thank you Domino's Staniford Street for this Sunday's blessed meal. My 7 year old and I were very satisfied and appreciated your time, effort and care! ☺️
