Ordered delivery, driver left there at 7:43 and when I called at 8;10 they said 5 more minutes, the driver had another order to deliver, so it had taken them over 30 minutes to deliver 2 orders less than 1 mile away. Next time I'll go to a more expensive place and get my order hot and fresh. And yes I wanted my tip back since I wasn't important enough to deliver my food quickly! It just got to me and no it's not hot
I have been a Domino’s customer for many years and love it! This time the props go to Domino’s East Boston, on Saratoga Street. I made 2 big orders of 20 pizzas each, to share at a soccer practice. The kids loved the pizza! Abdul is a great delivery driver and is so helpful! Deliveries were made on time and in an efficient way. I had an issue with one of the orders the day before, but the manager was able to resolve the issue without much complication. We look forward to continuing our business with Domino's and look forward to many happy moments of fiends and family enjoying your pizza. ♥️♥️♥️♥️😋
I placed an order from Domino’s through Uber Eats, but their own employees handled the delivery. I was waiting outside my building before the estimated arrival time, and no one ever showed up. After 20 minutes of waiting, the app suddenly showed that my order was “delivered.”
I contacted Uber Eats support, but they couldn’t help since the driver marked it as delivered. Uber Eats reached out to the store, and the store claimed they left it in front of the building—which is impossible because I was standing there the entire time.
Uber Eats suggested I call the store directly. When I did, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up, tried calling multiple times, and nobody answered.
This is completely unprofessional. I just want my refund. Why is it so difficult to get basic service and accountability?
I need my refund and communication with the manager about this situation.
I don’t ever share bad reviews, but this place honestly deserves it. I’ve ordered here about 3 times in the last 2 months and all three times I had to wait for over an hour for my food despite living 5 minutes down the road. I constantly have to call and ask them to remake my food because it got lost somewhere along the way, and in no way are they helpful at all. The people here can’t put 2 and 2 together, take your business elsewhere. Truly.
I had a very frustrating experience with my recent order. I was at the airport and, being hungry, I ordered two medium pizzas. Not only did the delivery go past the estimated time, but I had to call to find out that the driver had dropped the order and a new one had to be made something I was never informed about proactively. After more waiting, I called again and was told the driver was outside. I went out to meet them, but no one ever showed up. To make matters worse, the order was falsely marked as delivered. I never received any food.I tried calling back multiple times but couldn’t get through to anyone. This is completely unacceptable. I need a refund.
