Domino's Pizza

The driver dank of my drink I know this because the cap was open. They got my order wrong and the chicken was like rubber. 1/5 stars-edit. The support team was very helpful and gave me a 25 store credit coupon!! Thanks

I ordered a pizza at midnight from this location and the driver never actually delivered to me because of a language barrier. Although when I called, I explained to the person who taking the order exactly where I was. Nothing against people whose first language is not English, but at least the drivers need to speak a minimum. I don't believe that's too much asking. Before you start throwing your knives at me, English is not my first language as well. My first language is Haitian Creole. To make matters worse, I got patched to the manager when I called the driver and she had me holding on the line and never came back. All I can say is that I was disappointed of how terrible their customer service was. I hope they return my money to my card in the afternoon. Worst experience ever!

Buffalo chicken wings, large pepperoni pizza,and bread sticks..
This is what I received
Plain wings, pepperoni pizza (not cut into slices) with hardly any sauce.
Small bite size bread stick..
Probably my fault for not checking the order before I left. But really how does a pizza place not cut the pizza..
Worst Domino's I've ever experienced

I stopped ordering a few years ago as the quality wasn't great. As of a few months ago I started ordering again and was completely surprised by the amount of change in the quality and taste of the food. A complete 180 from before. They're fast without sacrificing quality now, I'm pleased with the service these past few months as I honestly thought it wouldn't last. Thank you for your hard work and time when serving us, we truly appreciate it.

Very poor management from A to Z. Ordered on Monday night , store closes at 1 am I ordered at midnight. Food was marked ready on the app at 00:24, i was there at 00:26. When i got there despite the computer screen showing my food was ready the asian lady manager who was so overwhelmed mumbled something I could not comprehend. Then went to the kitchen, and started making my order, so I ask her are you making my order when it says its ready. She said "5min im overwhelmed I can't". So I waited an extra 20 min along with a latino kid who works at the kitchen but was standing next to me because he wanted to leave early. The asian manager was doing her best but she handled my food with her bare hand and she was sweating. If someone thinks im making this up check the camera at 00:23 on 6/8/2021. She then gave me my sub half cooked without the ingrediends and the cheesy bread with ham when I don't eat pork (ordered a regular one) for religious reasons.
She decided to make me pay for my order despite the facts that the food was incorrect and incomplete.
Get ready for mistakes when it comes to this place !
