I am very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza was not as requested, the tomato sauce was overly acidic, and the cinnamon roll was of very poor quality. I hope you will review this matter….
2 weeks ago I ordered 2 pizzas Garlic crust seasoned, only one came as ordered. I just ordered the same pizzas an none of them came with garlic crust. Also they didn’t make any effort in spreading the ingredients and cheese. The whole thing was disappointing.
My order was 50$ for a small pizza and 8 piece wings. The pizza is way over priced, and the 8 piece aren't worth the money, they are tiny bone and skin, no meat, way too tiny for its price. And why not follow the delivery instructions, " please leave inside mail room ", you left it out in the rain. Regret all of this, refund is seriously needed.
I’ve ordered from here many times, i’ve always gotten the same driver named Haussin who refuses to give me my food unless i give him a tip. It is very annoying. They should not have drivers begging for tips in order to receive food. And this exact same driver always marks my order as completed and doesn’t bring my food until 30 mins after it was marked complete. Every time i call the store the phones are never working, or the person on the other line picks up the phone, does not say nothing for a few minutes and then hangs up. Not to mention they never send the sauces that i PAID for. Very unprofessional and very annoying.
I have been a Domino’s customer for many years and love it! This time the props go to Domino’s East Boston, on Saratoga Street. I made 2 big orders of 20 pizzas each, to share at a soccer practice. The kids loved the pizza! Abdul is a great delivery driver and is so helpful! Deliveries were made on time and in an efficient way. I had an issue with one of the orders the day before, but the manager was able to resolve the issue without much complication. We look forward to continuing our business with Domino's and look forward to many happy moments of fiends and family enjoying your pizza. ♥️♥️♥️♥️😋
