Domino's Pizza

I am very disappointed with my recent order. The pizza was not as requested, the tomato sauce was overly acidic, and the cinnamon roll was of very poor quality. I hope you will review this matter….

A Horrible experience, and quite frankly very disrespectful and disappointing. Me and my S/O just spent the better half of 18 hours traveling. Found a nice local air b&b and wanted a late night pizza before our early flight tomorrow.

I ordered and it took over an hour on a Tuesday night ok no big deal I get it maybe its busy. So finally the driver shows up is very short and essentially puts a cold pizza with 1 paper plate in my hands. The sad part is this joint was less than 3 miles from my location... I had planned to tip them nicely in cash for delivering late but now im just here with my hard cold pizza. Would not recommend.

In addition after the delivery, I reach out to the location 2 times abd was hung up on both times... Just outrageous.

My order was 50$ for a small pizza and 8 piece wings. The pizza is way over priced, and the 8 piece aren't worth the money, they are tiny bone and skin, no meat, way too tiny for its price. And why not follow the delivery instructions, " please leave inside mail room ", you left it out in the rain. Regret all of this, refund is seriously needed.

2 weeks ago I ordered 2 pizzas Garlic crust seasoned, only one came as ordered. I just ordered the same pizzas an none of them came with garlic crust. Also they didn’t make any effort in spreading the ingredients and cheese. The whole thing was disappointing.

We order from Dominos 3 to 4 times a week, we work and get home late, u guys are open, plus we love the food. I never experienced such ignorance as I did last night, your driver Josephine is something else, very nasty and rude, plus she thought I didn't understand Spanish, surprise, but I do. She say in her car for 6 minutes, came to give me my food, then noticed she was holding up traffic, so she took my food , got back in her car and made me walk to the corner to get my food, then preceded to tell me I didn't pay for it, all along she had 2 orders of ours according to her, but called someone on the phone and said the rest would be here later, I was completely confused, considering the app alerted me that she had both orders. Anyway, I called the store , spoke to the manager who offered my money back, I told him "No", I don't want my money back I want my food and not be treated so nasty, however he said my food was on the way, I happened to look outside and the food was on the steps missing one thing, on my call back the manager said it's not their policy to just leave it.. My point is Josephine was more than ignorant, I wasn't looking for a free meal, but after the 2nd time was pissed... The manager was more than understanding and beyond polite... I can only hope they educate their workers, without customers u won't have a job, I didn't spend $10, I spent $55 as I do a few times weekly, I'm in-between jobs and would love to come help u guys out .
