Domino's Pizza

I ordered food from this location on Saturday night, and never received it. The tracker said their delivery driver brought the food at 2:30AM, but I was up and waiting - and no one came.
I went in person to the store Sunday morning to request a refund. The store manager offered to make the food I hadn't received then and there, but I still would've been out a 10 dollar tip, and a 5 dollar delivery fee. So I asked again for a refund. She said she had to ask her supervisor, and then complained that my refund would come out of her money, and that it shouldn't be her problem because she left the store Saturday night before my order came in.

Because clearly I deserve a guilt trip on top of an empty stomach and having my money taken from me without getting the service or food I was due.

If you're not going to bother to deliver the food: cancel the order, and refund the money. It's that simple. I would've still gone to bed hungry, but at least I could've gotten a little more sleep.

Not providing the food and not providing a refund makes you a CROOK.

Having to work through a "Customer Support Bot" to make this right when I've been told to expect a refund in 1-3 business days, and haven't received one, is an insult.

We need a little less "thank you for your feedback" and a little more actually fixing this problem, because I see from the other reviews here that stealing from your customers and leaving them hungry is a frequent issue at this location.

Worst store ever!!! hasn’t refunded my money for an undelivered order since 16 days. Always delivers late and there is no manager here at this store and no one answers the call ever day or night if they do by chance do its always a spanish speaker who will hang up as soon as you speak english

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Horrible experience, ordered two pizzas with their unlimited toppings special deal, the pizza dough was disgusting and inedible, it was the ny dough. One pizza had barely any toppings. After call and requesting a manger the person hung up the phone. I called again and the guy answered saying espanol? I spoke spanish and told him the issue in spanish and then he told me there was no manager, i had to call the next day. I called the next day and the person said the manager would be there tomorrow and refused to give me their name. I am now going through corporate who only has an email system to make this right.

Went to the hotel after a concert and ordered some food to my hotel, it's less then a mile and a half away from this joint. Ordered at 11, everything was fine until it was stuck at inspection for half an hour, called the joint and got on hold for FOURTY EIGHT MINUTES while watching the pizza meter go backwards to 'in the oven' to 'being inspected' then it said it was delivered when it wasn't, I checked with the front office of the hotel and the club next door to see of my food somehow got dropped off there instead of the extremely specific hotel instructions we left. We waited until 1:40 before giving up. We couldn't even cancel or report a problem. We never got out food. I want my 50 bucks back

I ordered a pizza, garden salad, and cinnamon bites.

The order came an hour late. The delivery driver told me they ran out of garden salad and said all he had was chicken instead. I thought it was a platter of chicken, but it ended up being a Caesar salad.

The food was as cold as it gets, and to top it off (pun intended), the cinnamon bites didn’t come with the icing.

I will not be ordering from this Domino's location for a while.
