AVOID THIS STORE!
How this manager still has a job after so many bad reviews is beyond me.
This store messes up orders constantly. When I came in to redeem a customer-service credit, the manager was on her personal phone the entire time, yelling while making the pizza and yelling at me.
She blamed me for their previous mistake, brought up an old complaint from last year, refused to add toppings even when I offered to pay, and actually withheld the pizza she had already made while arguing with me.
This is not “bad service,” it’s hostile, unprofessional behavior from management. Other Domino’s locations nearby are perfectly fine. This one is consistently terrible, and the problem is clearly the manager.
Delivery driver (Rav-4) blocked one of my security guards parking in the road in his delivery vehicle then stood in the middle of the road waving his arms at our security vehicle in Old Colony. Be careful who you have deliver to your house with this place.
What in the actual hell is happening with management at this location? OMG. The driver was lost. She called me multiple times, but didn't speak English. How are they supposed to communicate with customers. To try and resolve the problem, I called the store at least 10 times. They hung up on me every time. WHAT???
Absolutely avoid this place, especially if you're getting late night delivery. I placed an order a bit before 1am and waited an hour for it to be delivered, only to have it marked as delivered while the driver's car was nowhere near my address on the tracking. Tried calling them three times over 12 hours and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Reached out to Domino's customer service online and was told they're locally owned and they would forward my feedback, but still wasn't given any info about a refund! Ended up having to submit a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back.
The customer service at the Domino's on Old Colony Avenue is absolutely unacceptable. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if taking my order was a massive inconvenience. It is baffling that a place relying on local customers would treat people with such blatant disrespect. This isn't the first time I've dealt with poor attitudes here, but it will certainly be the last. I would rather eat cardboard than deal with this level of unprofessionalism again.
