AVOID THIS STORE!
How this manager still has a job after so many bad reviews is beyond me.

This store messes up orders constantly. When I came in to redeem a customer-service credit, the manager was on her personal phone the entire time, yelling while making the pizza and yelling at me.

She blamed me for their previous mistake, brought up an old complaint from last year, refused to add toppings even when I offered to pay, and actually withheld the pizza she had already made while arguing with me.

This is not “bad service,” it’s hostile, unprofessional behavior from management. Other Domino’s locations nearby are perfectly fine. This one is consistently terrible, and the problem is clearly the manager.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. A few days ago, I picked up pizzas and other items from this place and spent around $40. The pizzas were terrible the crust was completely burnt and there were barely any toppings. When we complained, they offered us free replacement pizzas. When we went back to claim them, she started arguing and insisted that we should have returned the pizzas the next morning. Her attitude was very arrogant. She then told us that we must open the pizza boxes at the counter and inspect them before leaving. I’ve never been asked to do that at any store—customers are expected to trust that the food is prepared properly. Checking for missing toppings or burnt crust at the counter is unreasonable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Even if you’re extremely hungry and this is the only store open, it’s better to skip it than waste your money here.

Avoid. We ordered 4 pizzas from here for a birthday party. The app suggested ~30 min delivery time though we allowed for an hour. The pizzas eventually came 2 hours later after the party was done. Calling the store does nothing as you can’t get a live person and it goes to the corporate line which is unattended. We had no way to cancel the order or speak to anyone to get an update. The live tracker either was wrong or they didn’t use it properly. I refused the order since it was delivered after we left the party but we were still charged and there has been no follow up about this even after I filed a case claim via the corporate app.

Absolutely avoid this place, especially if you're getting late night delivery. I placed an order a bit before 1am and waited an hour for it to be delivered, only to have it marked as delivered while the driver's car was nowhere near my address on the tracking. Tried calling them three times over 12 hours and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Reached out to Domino's customer service online and was told they're locally owned and they would forward my feedback, but still wasn't given any info about a refund! Ended up having to submit a dispute through PayPal to try to get my money back.

The delivery driver did not follow the instructions. Did not attempt to contact me. I called the store once, they said there was no order at my address. I checked and called again to correct them and find out where my food was. They said they called me. They didn't. I had to recook my food because it was cold by the time I eventually found it 45 minutes later. They didn't even bother to season the crust. Ended up throwing it out and driving somewhere else for food.
