Domino's Pizza

I’m so sick of this place!! Seems like they literally enjoy messing up orders. Every time I order, there’s a mistake! And don’t bother calling them, because they will get upset at you for calling to let them know that they made a mistake! They are NOT accommodating at all , like seriously, Who’s running this place ?! Today I placed an simple order, and they still managed to screw that up! What an inconvenience when you have picky kids. They informed me that I needed to return the pizza, and they will replace it with the correct order. What a shame.

Ordered a pizza to the hotel, was a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA pepperoni and got a margarita! Called them to complain, was on hold for 7 mins!! No way of contacting them! Useless! How can you get it so wrong?? Obviously as we couldn’t contact them we ate it but this was NOT what we paid for!

I have loved the food around south Boston and appreciate most food service operations. However, This place regularly serves different portions of the food each time and it’s gotten ridiculous to the point I’ve had a pizza with only 2-3 pieces each of bacon and sausage….. but I’m paying a ridiculous amount for it. Though I can respect people giving different cultures a chance for a job there’s no reason for them to not be able to have a cohesive conversation on the phone about a messed up order and getting hung up on after they say hold on. It’s rude and unprofessional. I’m tired of spending my here . BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Ordered a pizza to my hotel room. The delivery driver got lost, reported the pizza as delivered, then called me to find the hotel. Eventually he showed up, left the pizza at the front desk instead of bringing it to my room, and never informed me my pizza had arrived. The front desk clerk was kind enough to call me to let me know it showed up (cold now) and I had to go down to get it.

When I called the store they said that their policy is to leave it at the front desk, then hung up on me.

Do not order from this store. I ordered delivery at 9pm and my food didn’t show up until 3-4 hours later. When it arrived the order was entirely wrong, we were missing items, the food was cold, and the driver called screamed “outside” then hung up. Repeated attempts to call the store during this issue to track if it was even arriving yielded no results as no one ever picked up. Even following up the next day to resolve the issue no one answered. I couldn’t even report an issue through the app because they never “marked it delivered” and the app doesn’t let you report issues until then. Save your frustration and get literally anything else.
