Horrible customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the app showed the delivery time as 11:45. I went downstairs at 11:40 when the app showed the order as delivered, but nothing was there. I called the store, and no one picked up until I called a second time. The person who answered was extremely rude and told me that they had called me but I didn’t answer. I told her that I received no such call, but she started yelling at me, saying that she did what she was supposed to do and that it was my fault. She made me feel as if I owed her something and was extremely rude. When I told her that I had specific instructions on my order to call a particular number, she said, “I don’t know. you can take it up with Uber Eats.” I told her to leave it and just cancel my order, but she again said to take it up with Uber Eats and then hung up while I was still speaking. Extremely horrible customer service. I placed the order at 10:00, and it still showed as being delivered at 11:45. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Horrible experience, ordered two pizzas with their unlimited toppings special deal, the pizza dough was disgusting and inedible, it was the ny dough. One pizza had barely any toppings. After call and requesting a manger the person hung up the phone. I called again and the guy answered saying espanol? I spoke spanish and told him the issue in spanish and then he told me there was no manager, i had to call the next day. I called the next day and the person said the manager would be there tomorrow and refused to give me their name. I am now going through corporate who only has an email system to make this right.
Went to the hotel after a concert and ordered some food to my hotel, it's less then a mile and a half away from this joint. Ordered at 11, everything was fine until it was stuck at inspection for half an hour, called the joint and got on hold for FOURTY EIGHT MINUTES while watching the pizza meter go backwards to 'in the oven' to 'being inspected' then it said it was delivered when it wasn't, I checked with the front office of the hotel and the club next door to see of my food somehow got dropped off there instead of the extremely specific hotel instructions we left. We waited until 1:40 before giving up. We couldn't even cancel or report a problem. We never got out food. I want my 50 bucks back
Worst store ever!!! hasn’t refunded my money for an undelivered order since 16 days. Always delivers late and there is no manager here at this store and no one answers the call ever day or night if they do by chance do its always a spanish speaker who will hang up as soon as you speak english
I generally like Dominoes but this was about the worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered a medium extra cheese and an ultimate pepperoni. Both of them were about 30% crusts with very little sauce and cheese. No extra cheese. Absolutely terrible. Will never order from here again.
