Domino's Pizza

Went to the hotel after a concert and ordered some food to my hotel, it's less then a mile and a half away from this joint. Ordered at 11, everything was fine until it was stuck at inspection for half an hour, called the joint and got on hold for FOURTY EIGHT MINUTES while watching the pizza meter go backwards to 'in the oven' to 'being inspected' then it said it was delivered when it wasn't, I checked with the front office of the hotel and the club next door to see of my food somehow got dropped off there instead of the extremely specific hotel instructions we left. We waited until 1:40 before giving up. We couldn't even cancel or report a problem. We never got out food. I want my 50 bucks back

I can't speak on atmosphere because we ordered delivery, and I also can't speak on food- because after ordering at 11:10 and waiting 2 hours for our food, it was marked delivered to our hotel while being nowhere in sight. We assumed that maybe they were VERY busy after our concert, so we patiently waited and watched the app before deciding to call and ask to make sure they got the order. Was on hold for 40 minutes and got no food (we also called from another phone in case our first call somehow got forgotten, no dice). On the bright side, me and my friend thought the Dominos' hold music was very funny, but we still went to bed hungry and I'm out 50 bucks. Probably should have read the reviews first lol

i got food delivered just a medium cheese pizza & a coke, took an hour to get here when it’s right down the street, the driver sat outside for about 20 minutes saying he couldn’t follow the delivery instructions & come in the apartment complex because there’s “too many people?” also there was hairs in my pizza & im pretty sure the driver either dropped my soda or pizza because i heard a bang right before getting downstairs to grab it. pizza was dry, wasn’t warm anymore, it sucked.

I’ve ordered here for the first and last time. The girl working in front forgot to put buffalo sauce in my pizza and when I told her that you must have forgotten to put the sauce, she got angry and drenched the whole pizza with sauce. Workers like this are bringing disrepute to Domino's.

By far the worst domino’s running. The employees here couldn’t walk and chew gum at the same time. I use to order from the east Boston dominos and I never had an issue, never! But since movie to Southie I’ve ordered 3 times and every time they have forgotten half my order. The manager that answer the phone is rude as hell. She talks to you as if she is a million dollar CEO and not some sweaty oxygen thief. My face nights of the week tho are when they let the non English speaking delivery driver answer the phone. Always fun trying to guess what your order will be. This place should be destroyed. Like call in an Israeli air strike or something.
