I’m so sick of this place!! Seems like they literally enjoy messing up orders. Every time I order, there’s a mistake! And don’t bother calling them, because they will get upset at you for calling to let them know that they made a mistake! They are NOT accommodating at all , like seriously, Who’s running this place ?! Today I placed an simple order, and they still managed to screw that up! What an inconvenience when you have picky kids. They informed me that I needed to return the pizza, and they will replace it with the correct order. What a shame.
Ordered a pizza to the hotel, was a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA pepperoni and got a margarita! Called them to complain, was on hold for 7 mins!! No way of contacting them! Useless! How can you get it so wrong?? Obviously as we couldn’t contact them we ate it but this was NOT what we paid for!
My wife and I just had the worst experience probably of our lives at this establishment. It’s Halloween night and after a long day with the kids we decided to order delivery. Well… three items were either incorrect or poor quality, and one item was missing. I called the store to ask for the correct prder to be delivered. I was told there wasn’t a manager and to call back in the morning for a refund. After a little back and forth I was asked to hold for a manager… after a lengthy hold of at least 5 mins I was told she (the closing manager) was in the bathroom and would be with me soon… after another lengthy hold a woman came on but could not communicate with me over the phone. I told her I would just go there, even though we already paid for delivery bc we didn’t have a car at the moment, and she proceeded to hang up on me. When we arrived at the restaurant with our three year old as we couldn’t leave her home alone, the manager had nothing but an attitude and short answers, as if we did something wrong or were inconveniencing her from a mistake that her team made. She refused to remake the whole order and only remade what was wrong so we had to settle for cold products. The item that was forgotten was left on a table and when I told her what was left out she grabbed the old product and tossed it on the counter. When my wife asked her why she was aggressive and rude to us for a mistake they made she proceeded to argue with my wife and the confrontation escalated to the point the manager used vulgarity in front of our daughter and dismissed us from the store saying “have a good night” and “BYE!” repeatedly. When my wife asked for her name she responded that her name is “BYE”. We paid delivery to pick up our own order and had a very nasty and unprofessional experience with a memeber of the management team to top it off. We are shocked, appalled & disgusted & will escalate this because at no time should an employee of any company, especially a manager, engage in aggressive and vulgar confrontation with a paying customer especially when they have an issue. She gave me an attitude at the counter and waved me off when we were discussing replacing the food. Disgusting behavior overall.
I ordered food and asked to have a non contact order. I called after one and two hours and they said that they had tried to call me and left my food outside when they clearly didn’t visit. Do not order from here.
I have loved the food around south Boston and appreciate most food service operations. However, This place regularly serves different portions of the food each time and it’s gotten ridiculous to the point I’ve had a pizza with only 2-3 pieces each of bacon and sausage….. but I’m paying a ridiculous amount for it. Though I can respect people giving different cultures a chance for a job there’s no reason for them to not be able to have a cohesive conversation on the phone about a messed up order and getting hung up on after they say hold on. It’s rude and unprofessional. I’m tired of spending my here . BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
