East Boston House of Pizza

This was one of the worst pizza experiences of my life. I waited for over an hour and had to call the place five times to check to see if my order was actually coming and to give them directions to a major hotel in the area. When they finally arrived the pizza box was soggy and falling apart and it was in the trunk space of a hatchback. I was starving so I ate two pieces before throwing the rest away. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my greatest enemy.

We ordered three pizzas, and all three were terrible. Greasy cheese and toppings, the sauce had no flavor, and the crust was soggy and chewy. An extra star because they were nice and fast. But that pizza was horrible. Stay away.

Absolutely horrendous. The meat was dog-food-tier, the tortillas were cold, the green Whatever Sauce was smelly and offputting. Overall, a tremendous waste of both money and time. You're better off getting Taco Bell for less money... and Taco Bell tastes better as well.

This was my first visit here and I was a walk in. I ordered a cheese burger and 35 minutes later asked if it was going to be much longer. I don't know why, but this prompted the cashier to start screaming. When I finally got my order, it was not what I asked for. When I informed them my order was wrong the cashier actually said "what the eff do you want me to do about it?" I suggested they take some accountability and make it right, they stated "it's not our fault".

I guess it's my fault for going there in the first place. Bad food, bad service, rude people working behind the counter.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. My children enjoy their food, so we order from them, but the staff is horrible to deal with. They forgot to deliver an item I order, so when I called to inform them of the mistake, they refuse to give me my item nor my money back even though I had the reciept to prove it. The staff refuse to let me speak to management, instead they kept hanging up the phone. They took my money and refuse to give me the food I purchased. I hope the get rid of the staff that works there.
