I usually love Regina’s but this one on Boylston Street is terrible now. The last couple times, I’ve ordered just a small cheese pizza. It is severely undercooked, and now they sent me a pizza that was undercooked spilling over and stuck to my box.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place gave me an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and quick! And the food was awesome! The north end ovens are a lot different so the crust wasn’t the same but the ingredients were still top notch.

No frills environment for a decent slice. I'd say that the friendly staff is what elevates the Fenway location to a 4 star review. Better pizza is the original Reginas in the North End but the Fenway is decent for slices. Btw, better pizza around is Florinas in Beacon Hill. I would not recommend Tenderonis for pizza. Regina's is cheaper and better.

I was giving a lunch and learn at a local business on Thursday 3/7, so I called this pizza shop on Tuesday 3/5 11:20am to place an order for 20 pizzas. The man on the phone instructed me to use an app such as uber eats/door dash to place the order as they don't take orders that big over the phone. I accepted and placed the order over ubereats. At 11:51am I called back the pizza shop to confirm this order and ask for disposable plates (not an option on ubereats). The man on the phone confirmed the order and said he would "ask the boss" about providing plates. On Thursday, 25 minutes before my event i was hosting, they cancelled the order through ubereats with no reason why. We called the shop who said that it was uber's fault and that I should've placed the order through their shop over the phone. So needless to say I had to tell 40+ people they weren't getting a lunch.

I called ubereats later who said that the order had been cancelled by this pizza shop. They have forever lost my business.

I stopped there yesterday ( 1/18/24 4:30 pm) because my husband wanted to eat there. So I saw the menu on the wall and I asked the cashier for a chicken and bacon wrap. He said we don't have that , then I asked for a cesar salad , the same answer" we don't have that ". I never thought that he was like denying me the food from there until the his Spanish coworker told me in Spanish " No me gusto la manera que el te trato" which means " I didn't like the way he is treating you, then I realized that the white cashier didn't wanted to take my order. The Spanish guy was really nice but the other two seemed like they don't like their job and denied the service to whoever they want to.
