May 2021: Under new management now. The pizza was as tasty as always, but the sauce was way too runny. You pick up the slice, and everything except the crust slides off. Having that happen in the North End, that's just insulting. Plus, their new menu is much more limited and excludes previous dietary options. Guess I'll have to find a new North End pizza gem?
Nov. 2020: This is truly as good as pizza gets. You bring any Italian here, and they will certainly approve. The space itself is a small, and the prices are a bit steep, but the pizza and aesthetic of the place are top notch. It's always a pleasure to stop by Rina's.
We live on Rina's! 11" pepperoni for my son and I at least 4 times a week. Excellent as good as New York Pizza, like Ray's in the village. The cheese is so delectable and savoury-the pepperoni's of which there is just the right amount- are quality-you can see the peppercorns in them and the crust is just the right texture --not overloaded with sauce--Just perfect Pizza!!!!! You can't go wrong with Rina's. Only 13$ for a small pizza ==enough for 2 with leftovers for breakfast!
Tried the margherita pizza which was different from what I expected. It had no tomato slices and only two pieces of basil. But the piece I had was good and large enough that it required some folding to eat. The crust was crunchy but easy enough to eat.
We come here whenever we are in Boston. Delicious pizza!! So nice and friendly whether you are buying just a slice or a meal for the whole family!!
The locals told us this was the spot to go for pizza. It was amazing! Plan on stopping in next time we are in Boston
