South End Pizza and Grill

This was my first time ordering from this establishment and my last time as well. We ordered through Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. After calling the establishment, we were told to call Uber Eats...we were spoken to as if they could care less! After speaking with Uber eats who made the restaurants wrong a right. We then called to see if the restaurant would deliver what we were missing if they had a driver coming our way, they said no and we'd have to adhere to a $40.00 minimum order after we just ordered almost $60.00 worth of subs. The way you're spoken to is despicable. Customer service here was the most horrible I have received in a long time.

Flavorful falafels, yummy strawberry smoothie, generous fisherman's platter. We got our ordering under 10 minutes at a busy time. Some sketchy people go there, but it's not the owners fault. The owner is nice and friendly.

If you want good pizza go elsewhere. Pizza smells bad, pizza heavy in stomach, and doesn't taste good almost rubber like. Fried chicken wings are solid, crispy. Baked ziti Fuhgeddaboudit you're better off eating baked ziti from an actual restaurant or Luigis in Revere. They use that grocery store shredded white mozzarella taco cheese that doesn't melt and looks greasy and not fully cooked. This place started its decline from south end house of pizza to south end pizza and grill. If you want good pizza go to Picco, Same ol place, dirty water dough, eataly. They refunded my money for the baked ziti.

I have been a loyal customer to this place for several years. Today I ordered pasta from them with Alfredo, steak tips, spinach Ziti & Shrimp. I spend over $20.00 dollars PLUS TIP. The food was horrible. When I called to let them know he told me that I should have not ordered what wasn't on the menu & he would have the driver come get it & hung up on me. I am so upset when you spending your money you should be able to order how you please I have had better service at McDonald's so disappointed customer service is everything during these trying times welp never again when you know better you do better no more for me
Update as 7/01/21-gave it another shot after my 1st review because I believe in giving places that were once good another chance plus I played it safe and ordered something exact on menu and so did my co-worker needless to say sometimes you need to keep people, places and things right where they at my co-worker wing ding plate was not good chicken undercooked and salad was not fresh when I called to let them know I was cussed out again by I think the owner who told me he will never delivery to me again and why did I come back? He was right I away clearly if I was looking for customer service and good food I spent money at the wrong place in which I told him ok just send me a refund for the bad wing ding plate see below I will report this place to the board of health my sister works state license board I will have her look into this immediately see pics below

I love this little hole in the wall in Boston! Great food, great serving sizes, and fantastic staff. I travel all the way from Maine just to get their Chicken Bacon Carbanara. 10 out of 10 recommend.
