Union Park Pizza

Too Good To Go pickup review (for TGTG users):

Picked up a Too Good To Go order here and received 4 slices total, roughly 4/6 of a tray, for $6 (~$1.50 per slice).

Based on the restaurant’s regular menu pricing, the estimated retail value of these slices is about $12–13, which is below the ~3× value that Too Good To Go typically advertises. Compared to other TGTG pickups in the area, the portion and value felt underwhelming.

The slices were clearly day-old and required reheating at home, which is expected for TGTG. However, given the quantity and value, the overall experience didn’t feel like a particularly good deal.

Once it was clear this was a Too Good To Go pickup, the interaction became very transactional—no greeting or acknowledgment beyond the handoff—making it feel more like a delivery pickup than a customer interaction.

I appreciate the goal of reducing food waste, but for TGTG customers specifically, this location may not offer the value or experience you’d expect. Probably wouldn’t repeat.

This was our favorite place we ate while visiting Boston! We met Joe and he was so kind and helpful. The Mags supreme pizza was soo good! Ask for their homemade ranch and pizza oil. Seriously the best pizza we’ve had! 10/10 recommend.

This is the pizza that redeemed Boston pizza for us. My husband and I had travel in for a conference and tried a local "popular" pizza that had no flavor. We decided to try Union Park after reading the reviews and the employee confidence that this would be amazing pizza sold us. This pizza has flavor and character and the staff and atmosphere is cozy and relax.

One of these two slices is meat lovers and the other is pepperoni pizza… can you guess which is which? 😅😅😅 it’s still delicious tho, just wish that there’d be more sausage than just pepperoni…

What can you say. No photo needed. Incredible pizza. Really delicious. We had the pepperoni. It was a dream. The place is warm. The staff were great. The music-we sat there listening to Soundgarden, Primus, Audioslave all the favorites that afternoon. Volume was perfect so you could talk and listen. What more could anyone want. Stop when your walking down the one of kind Newbury Street.
