First time here and will be back!! Saw this recommendation on tik tok for the froyo. We decided to grab something to eat as well (Buffalo wings and Chicken blt was fantastic!!) to end it off with vanilla base- strawberries, cookie dough and Nutella. WOW, it was worth $12. Will be back

One of the workers was eating the fries out of the to-go container before handing it to me. Without gloves of course and not trying to hide it then thought it was weird that I called him out. I’d be careful, clearly they don’t know proper sanitary guidelines.

I try not to leave a negative review based off a one time experience, but since we have been here many times and had similar experiences, it felt time. The food is fine enough, not great pizza but not terrible. Today, I ordered a pizza and a frozen yogurt online through their own website at 6:58 PM and it said it would be ready at 7:20. We got there around 7:25/7:30 and it wasn’t ready yet. We asked about every 10 minutes and our pizza still wasn’t ready. We finally got our order at 7:55 PM, a whopping 57 minutes later, after I had been waiting outside with our crying baby for 30 minutes while my husband was waiting inside. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to make this right — when we asked what had made this order take so long, we were told the chicken on the pizza took a while (just normal chicken on their menu). There are also often very long wait times even just for frozen yogurt. We unfortunately won’t be coming back again as the food is not worth the poor service and lack of timeliness with orders.

Started off well upon ordering dinner. Food took a very long time but was good overall. I’m not one to write reviews BARLEY but this one was overtaken.! If I could put 0 star’s I would have.! Upon waiting for my two order’s of “Froyo”, I waited over 40mins. Checked in w/ one of the owner’s heavy set guy(whiteboard w/ an accent running the register), was very very unprofessional/rude & argumentative upon checking to see if it was ready as other customer’s order’s were being put ahead of mine/another woman’s order that that had come in way after as I waited on the side line watching every order be taken/every customer place order after order upon waiting for my order of froyo. Asked for my $ back due to this “lack of unprofessionalism”! It is very appalling this type of behavior coming from a business owner! I understand how busy/hectic thing’s can get but thing’s should have better better managed/dealt w/ overall.
